I joke about Madara being easily influenced by the tablet/evil amulets that surely won’t lead him astray a lot, so happy valentines:

Madara is persuaded to purchase a strange amulet from some wandering merchant that supposed to lead him to his destiny (it does not)
Tobirama suddenly becomes obsessed with following Madara around, and Madara takes this to mean that the Amulet has made Tobirama in love with him.
He thinks that it is defective (made Tobirama fall in love with him) ((it does not))
He’s kind of guilty, but the attention is nice…

Meanwhile Tobirama noticed the Amulet because it was his really shitty wood carving attempt from when he was a kid that he threw into the woods somewhere, it has no powers and doesn’t do anything.
But because he is a perfectionist and the carving is kinda ass he is absolutely mortified and has no idea how it ended up in Madara’s hands (the merchant found a genuine senju mokuton wood necklace in the woods and figured they could scam someone)
Tobirama is trying to get rid of the amulet before Hashirama recognises it and comes to some wrong conclusion (Senju court via wood carving gifts for their intended)
except Madara thinks it has magical powers(???), thinks Tobirama is in love with him, and refuses to take it off so shenanigans ensue, kiss kiss fall in love
ALSO Madara keeps claiming his impulsive thoughts are the amulet’s sage advice to him (they are not. He is just stupid.)
