Peter Hale

At that, Nasir rolled his eyes. Of course he would say that. He expected it, and it still annoyed him. However, what he didn't expect him to say was what he said next. His smile just couldn't be stopped. "I do... love waking up beside you, waking up in your arms." He told him and rubbed his hand. "Maybe I can propose that to them...it would make so many things so much easier. It is just hard for me. I have a home with you, with my brothers, with the pack and yet...is it bad that I still miss it? Miss my home?"

Peter would had commented more on the eyeroll if Nasir had not put his heart on the table. They have talked a few times about his home, but not like this. "It is not. I miss mine, not the new house but the way it was before the fire." Peter said, "I miss those times, but I hope that you feel or eventually feel like we are your home and will always be your home."

Cory: Me neither.

Peter: I'll be waiting.

Cory: I'll see you soon.

Peter: See you soon.

"You do? Like what?" He had a strong feeling that Peter was not going to tell him. If there was anything Peter loved more than anything, it was a proper scheme. "I am excited. I know it doesn't look that way, but I guess... we've struggled with the whole me moving to your loft, and now... probably moving to a home, away from them. It just reminds me that I should probably get into that, right?" Nasir said. "I could just properly move to the loft as a first step."

"Now those are surprises I want to keep to myself." His grin crawled back to his face as if it had been there all along. it stayed there even when Nasir seem to be putting their dreams into doubts. He was used to this, but it still stung. However, he did see light as Nasir moved the goalpost even further to their dreams. "I would love that. I do like the idea of waking up beside you more often and you know...you could all always just moved in to my loft or...Agron and Alexander can move in to a loft in the building. They could be our neighbors and it could make all of this far easier for all of you." Peter thought out loud.

He hated it when Peter did that, read his mind like that. He had heard that mates could do that with each other and Peter had proven that many times before. "Anything else that you prepared for me? For us?" He asked.

"Oh...I have so many things prepare for us." Peter said and leaned in to peck his lips. "Are you excited to see it? It was not an easy thing to hide from you. I have been working on it for a way, way before we discussed children. I know it is a big step...and if we decide to move in, it will hard for you to be away from your brothers, but perhaps...it would be good for us once we have the children."

Cory: Me neither.

Peter: I'll be waiting.

Nasir laughed at that. "Yeah, we went through all that pain, suffering and sadness on purpose. If anybody tells me that, I'll punch them in the mouth." And he meant that. He had gone through way too much to be told that. "Oh come on," He rolled his eyes. "Are we really that far away from like...people?" Yes, the travel was too hours away, but there had to be a supermarket...post office or something. Would there be any internet?

Peter chuckled. He could see every question already popping in his husband's mind "There is a small supermarket about thirty minutes away along with other stories with essentials. There is a post office in that same place." Peter said, "And yes we have internet. I made sure we have own way to get access to wireless satellites. It may be a bit slow, but that's good enough for our current needs."

Cory: Pastries?

Peter: Will never reject them.

Cory: Anything you are craving?

Peter: Something sweet.

"Nothing we have done is typical," Nasr said with a chuckle, but they tried to do what they could in the moment. It was still magical, but still in the moment. "So...we are going to our potential second...or third...home to have a honeymoon? I brought way too little for that." Nasir said.

"Nothing has been. Someone would say we may have done that on purpose, but ignorance they will show." Peter chuckled. The only bad thing about this cottage was indeed the distance. "You did not. You don't need to wear anyway since we will be by ourselves." He winked at him. "I have also taken some clothes for the both of us in case you need it."

A place for them and just them. A place for their family for their safety and for their happiness. This was not a safehouse. This could potentially be their home. "You didn't have to do this...but I love it. I have always wanted something like this, but for my brothers. I never thought I would have one for my partner and kids." Nasir said, leaning in to kiss his cheek. "How long have you been planning this?"

Hearing Nasir say those words to him...it meant the world to him to hear him say that he wanted this for them and his family. In that moment, he couldn't be any happier. "For a while, probably ever since we married. We never really got to enjoy our night. We married and then we had sex, but we really didn't do the typical honeymoon. We didn't do anything normal. Hell...perhaps we could have our wedding here, finally." Now that was a dramatic and grand idea like any grand idea from Peter.

Cory: Are you hunrgry?

Peter: I can eat.

Nasir had an argument in his mind, but he felt silent as Peter finally revealed where they were going. As he talked, Nasir went back to the pictures. This time, he was not seeing them with the intent to figure out an answer. He was seeing them to see how beautiful it was. "You...got us a place for us? For all of us?" Nasir asked, feeling like he could tear up again. "And...honeymoon? Isn't that too late?"

Peter was surprised by the roller coaster of emotions Nasir was showing. "Yes, our place for us to us however we want to. It is not like the farm, though we could re-use it as as home, but I bought and modified this for the whole purpose of us living there if we choose to for all the reasons I mentioned. " Peter said and then kissed his hand. "It is never too late. We delayed it for way too long. I think we both deserve an actual honeymoon."

Peter: I'm free now.

Cory: Can I meet you?

Peter: Of course!

"They would. It is reckless." Nasir said as he kept looking at the pictures. He then spotted one of the pictures when they got married. It made him smile. They both looked happy. No, he knew they were overwhelmed with happiness there. "Then what is it?" He said as he wiped his eyes. "It is like a private villa?"

Peter laughed. He knew he wasn't totally wrong, but "You can remind me when it happens." And he knew he would eventually. That was how Nasir was, just as he could sense his happiness. He knew exactly which picture he was looking at. "It is our own cottage, but I was hoping you would call it our home." Peter finally revealed. "And no, I'm not saying we are moving. At least not right now. Maybe this could be our second home, but it is away from everything, hard to find with the right ritual and just the perfect home to raise children or to have...our honeymoon."
