It has been. Almost two whole years since I officially started posting here, and I just remembered that I never really made a proper and “official” introduction post so I’mma finally do that!

Hullo there! I’m Ashe! Nice to meet you :-)

I’m an artist who loves cartoons and video games. I mainly draw characters from different fandoms I’m in, but I also like to yap and voice act! This blog is pretty much a space where I just post my art, writing, shitposts and random thoughts, though in some rare cases, I may reblog stuff here.

Some of my interests include, but are not limited to Great God Grove, Hollow Knight, Silksong, OneShot, Rain World, Smile for Me, Professor Layton, Moomins, Sam & Max, linguistics, travelling and music.

Learnt something HORRIFYING yesterday-

So, I heard that apparently, the apostrophe on PC is different to the apostrophe on mobile, and THEY’RE BOTH TREATED AS TWO SEPARATE KEYS ACROSS ALL PLATFORMS, MEANING IF YOU TYPE A HASHTAG WITH AN APOSTROPHE WITH IT ON MOBILE AND THEN ONE ON THE PC, THEY’LL COUNT AS SEPARATE HASHTAGS-

WHICH MEANS MY VOICE ACTING TAG IS TECHNICALLY TWO SEPARATE TAGS, BECAUSE OF THIS:

FOR MONTHS, I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHY SOME OF MY OLDER VOICE ACTING POSTS WERE SEPARATE FROM THE REST OF THE TAG, AND I’M SO GLAD THIS MYSTERY’S BEEN SOLVED but also- WHY DO WE EVEN HAVE TWO APOSTROPHES LMAO

Right off the bat, MY GOODNESS, THIS PLACE IS GORGEOUS- The trees, the water, the music- It's so serene. I really love the bright colours. It really feels like such a relaxing place!

Can I just say that I absolutely love the combat system in this game? Parrying attacks is just so satisfying when fighting! Like- TAKE THAT, BITCH! YER ATTACK JUST FAILED. Now get hit the the kaboom while you’re at it /silly

Okay- Second boss reached yesterday and

DEAR GODS, IS THIS GUY SCARY AF TO FIGHT-

I FINALLY FIGURED OUT A BETTER STRATEGY FOR THIS BATTLE- Let’s see how far that gets me!

I DID ITTTTTTTTTT!

After two whole months, I finally. FINALLY. Picked up Nine Sols again and tried to see if I could defeat Goumang after so SO many failed fights-

My wrist hurts like heck after gaming via keyboard for a whole hour, BUT AT LAST, BIRD LADY IS NO MORE! I FEEL SO PROUD OF MYSELF RIGHT NOW!

Okay, it’s official! I’m lost!

Watch as the reason why I got lost turns out to be the silliest reason ever /j

Okay, so last night, my brain did not brain when it was in boss battle mode, so- uh- Fast forward to now, and THE ABSOLUTELY TERRIFYING WAVE OF REALIZATION I HAD THE SECOND I READ THIS:

AND I WAS VAGUELY TOLD IT’S GONNA GET WORSE LATER- I AM SCARED BEYOND BELIEF /LH

Damn. In real time too- JUST before saying “I don’t want to die”-

That- Was admittedly heartbreaking to watch- OUGH-

OH GODS- I JUST WENT FROM SEEING A VERY WHOLESOME MEMORY TO YI GOING THROUGH PURE TORTURE- UH OH-
