[  ✉ >>> Chaeyeon  ] You’re lucky I was near a pizza place Chae~ How does this look? (❁°͈▵°͈)

“I thought so as well–and you look beautiful today.” he says with a smile, noticing the dress she wore. He never understood the point of the show, their interaction felt so scripted and it would never be a normal interaction because of the cameras that followed them around 24/7. But he wouldn’t complain, he agreed that it would show the fans a different side of him.

“thank you,” she smiled, feeling a little shy all of a sudden. it wasn’t that she was shocked that hyuksoo sunbae was actually able to talk about more than drama roles and stocks at ace or about taking care of kids (the three topics she really only heard him speak about).  “no worry, i have cousins who are just a little older than daeul,” she grinned, looking down at the toddler looking super excited to be finally moving and walking towards something in the park. hearing his question, she tried to remember what she wrote on the little survey she had to fill out before the pd could pair her up with someone. “it was a last minute decision for me to go on the show,” she admitted. “but the only thing i wrote was asking for someone older than me. so i mean they listened to that one request.” she joked. she was one of the younger idols too, but who knows, maybe the pd saw some variety show quality in this pairing.  “it’s okay, i’ll try my best to keep up with you,” she laughed, wondering how it would be to not be the maknae in the situation (technically daeul was the youngest). “i might be young but i learned how to use an espresso machine at age ten so anything is possible.”

Doing a photo shoot was surely something different, she never expected to do so many in her career, but every one made her feel more and more powerful, in a way, and she couldn’t be more excited for the one she was doing today with her group mate, Chaeyeon. The girl was cutest thing Mysti had ever seen (besides Hyoji, so perhaps her whole group was the cutest thing), so being in the photo shoot with her was way more exciting then it should have been. She smiled brightly at her groupmate as she asked her a question, to which Mysti giggled at instead.

maybe the best way to explain how chaeyeon felt in such a festive dress is being a very fancy loofah; one that would be found at a nordstrom from chanel. twirling to make the layers of the dress flow with the wind, chaeyeon smiled and faced her group member, nodding. 

chaeyeon blinked, not expecting that reply from the male. letting out a laugh, she shook her head. “no i was thinking about many snacks someone was trying to hide during their diet...” 

Seeing the girl bend down made him smile a little, he liked the fact that people gave Daeul extra attention because of all that has happened around the two. But Daeul being the peculiar boy he was, runs and hides behind his legs. “I’m sorry, he’s usually not like this. It’s an act.” he says with a small laugh

surprised, she smiled and accepted the rose. “thank you,” she was used to getting flowers from staff and friends but never on set from a coworker. maybe it was because he was also because he was her ‘husband’ on a fake marriage show. “it’s always a good choice to get a rose.” she smiled, looking at daeul who was standing behind hyuksoo’s leg but still looking up towards her, obvious confused on seeing her outside of the company building. 

“Ah, Chaeyeon!” Minyoung called, walking up to her. “I heard talk of you being on We Got Married. Is that true? I didn’t care to be on the show, but I’m excited to see all of the couples from Ace.”

chaeyeon stopped her track, hearing a familiar voice behind her. she smiled, pleased to see someone she was close with. “i am going to be on the show!” she replied. “married at twenty two before my parents can meet the guy, i’m sure they’re proud of me.” she joked. 

Hyuksoo was busy trying to pull Daeul away from every giftshop he passed by, seeing as he practically had the whole animal kingdom in his room, only to lookup after hearing a girls voice. He scans the girl, trying to remember her name. He knew she was from Karma, knowing only a handful (more like 2) of the members in the group. 

chaeyeon smiled, shaking his hand. “yes, i’m chaeyeon from karma,” her attention was soon diverted to the small child looking around his surroundings, obviously not pleased to be just standing around while there was a whole park to explore and animals to see.
