The plastic lens on the camera is fixed-focus with a fixed f2.8 aperture and focal distance of 3.9mm which focuses images onto its tiny ¼ inch CMOS sensor. If these numbers are accurate, everything in a shot from about 1 or 2 meters away to infinity should be in focus—low depth of field images are impossible. The camera also does not have an image preview screen. The front merely has a simple 2-digit LCD screen which displays the number of remaining exposure or the current camera mode (eg. "St" for self-timer)

There is no viewfinder visible in the first two photos of the camera above. However, if you slide the tab on the left side of the camera up, it reveals a simple convex demagnifying lens that barely functions as a viewfinder. It only roughly indicates which direction the camera is pointing; your eye needs to be directly lined up with the lens to correctly center the subject. Additionally, the frame of the exposure only covers a small area of what is visible in the viewfinder lens. But with enough practice and experience, you can eventually learn how to take photos on this thing with reasonable accuracy.

But why photograph anything with this camera at all? I find the low-resolution shots full of washed out colors endearing. The small physical size makes it trivial to carry around at all times. It is genuinely fun to navigate the camera's limitations. And I have an affection for making art that isn't very good, or is otherwise niche interest.
