Yes etc, temporary, but 21 states sued the instant it was enacted and it's already been enjoined. Yes. Yes, indeed. It is explicitly unconstitutional under the 14th Amendment. Like, there are cases when the law may be unclear or hard to interpret. This is not one of them.
