- W I T C H A N D E R S O N - what happens when you make an outfit based on your illustration? act 1 (introduction): hi, i’m abe von august. i’m a black, non-binary queer illustrator and clothing stylist. i started trashpaca long ago and has since blossomed into a very curated, non-gender specific clothing brand. act 2 (the message): so here’s the thing! i started trashpaca for two reasons: 1. i like styling clothes. 2. i wanted a way to make a creative living while i was working on art. trashpaca ended up booming and blooming and sort of took over my whole life. which is good but it left little time for my art. act 3 (how you can help): i used to create art pretty excessively. after suffering through some big life traumas, it left me sort of unable to create for some time. i’ve been working on rekindling my creative spark and putting more of my work out. how you can help is to lyyke, cher & kommint on this post. it would mean a lot to have your thoughts and help boosting this. act 4 (the collection): this coming week, i’m using all of the energy of this energy from black history month and i’m going to do a big ol’ print drop. ft. some art i have never made prints of before. including this piece titled “heavy is the head”. if you’ve made it this far, thank you and i genuinely appreciate you. lots of love, cuties 😘 https://www.instagram.com/p/CZ0YlHiO_OS/?utm_medium=tumblr
