Vulnerability is strength. I've got anxiety and depression, but it's not as severe as others and I normally know what triggers it. I'll admit, yesterday was one of the hardest; my attack got the worst of me I shed a few tears, thankful I had some help 💙 I haven't had an attack in close to 3 years. Every pregnancy is different, some have it easy, others have it a bit tough. I've got best of both worlds.
