I’m so fucking lonely.

At some point you realize it wasn’t your fault.

You can do 99 things for someone and all they’ll remember is the one thing you didn’t do.

And if you call me at 4 am, too sad to even say hello, I will listen to your silence until you fall asleep.

…then we started talking and he helped me feel better. We talked for so long. We talked about how we never felt nervous when we were together and how we always felt so comfortable. And I thought, maybe it’s because we’ve known each other forever; our souls have known each other for such a long time, and that’s why we felt incredibly comfortable with each other from the very beginning. Then I remembered the quote that says when you meet someone and your heart beats faster, and your hands shake, they aren’t ‘the one’, because when you meet your soul mate, you will feel calm. And we talked about how that makes sense because if your souls have already loved each other for an eternity when you meet again in your bodies, you will feel a sense of comfort and an unexplainable familiarity; it will feel as if you are returning home.
