This is so cute!! sorry for the wait (it was easier on me if I broke it up I hope that’s alright!)

- You noticed something different about today when you stepped into the diner. Green had a plate of food ready for you, a note explaining that Flowery wanted it waiting for you when you arrived.

- The music playing in the background is different as well. Softer. With…an interesting vibe. If you question Green they just smile and give you a thumbs up. Then points to the door in the back.

- You enjoy your specially made snack and follow a weirdly convenient trail of pink petals. You raise a brow, following them down a few turns. You even have to do a bit of climbing up a vine to a higher level.

- When you make it to the top you marvel at a gorgeous cherry blossom tree you haven’t seen before. Was it always here? Flowery walks out from behind it, a breeze making the branches shake in rhythm with the billowing of the jacket he holds on his shoulder. The sunset behind him making him look almost ethereal.

- His face is warm and inviting and he holds a hand out to you when you approach, which you take. He pulls you closer gently so you’re face to face while standing under the tree.

- If you ask him what this all is he smiles softly and takes a deep breath. Letting go of his jacket to use both hands to hold yours. He squeezes them gently, rubbing his thumbs over your knuckles. His eyes open and he stares at you so lovingly you feel warmth bloom across your cheeks and neck.

- With his eyes reflecting the sun he finally lets go of the breath he held. “I wanted to bring you here to tell you something important, Buttercup. And after I say this….if my affections are unwanted you simply have to say so and I shall leave you be…” as he continues your heart starts to beat faster. You know what he’s getting at.

- “But I wanted to tell you, flowers have bloomed in my heart for you.” He says as another gentle breeze floats more pink cherry blossom petals down around you both. “For quite a while now actually.” He laughs, gold cheeks turning a dark shade of orange.

- Your hands hold his tighter, leaning forward to kiss him on his cheek. You tell him you accept, and that you feel the same. He blinks at you before his face erupts into pure joy, small golden flowers blooming across his skin, all of them with his face and little heart eyes. You giggle and kiss one and he blushes harder.
