y’all. I’ve been holding onto my feelings for my high school tc for a while. I believe it’s because I haven’t found anyone that makes me feel that same way, yet. No one who gives the tension, passion, warmth, and the feeling of love in my chest. And until I do I fear that my memories of him will keep me there, I’ll be romanticizing someone who doesn’t exist to me anymore. I know he’s left the school, he’s had a daughter, he’s moved on with his life. Here I am, hung up on altered memories where I think I truly loved him. I know the odds of me seeing him again are slim to none, which hurts me a little bit, but it’s for the best. I need to abandon the feelings he gave me the pleasure of feeling, but I don’t know how to do that. If I see him again, I don’t know what I’d do. What do you do when you see the person you loved, who never loved you?
