No matter how many times Seulgi tried to confront Seven, it was no use. He would avoid her like the plague, which ended up hurting her feelings every time he pushed her away, treating like they weren’t even friends. She felt lost, inconsolable. She thought of stopping coming to the chat to spend a couple of days on her own but it was no use. Seulgi missed her friend. Bear missed Seven. And nothing in the world would change that fact. So in the end, her initial plan of avoiding him the way he was avoiding her failed miserably. But it’s not like Seulgi would give up, not yet. She could pretty stubborn when she wanted to and Seven would feel it on his own skin, she promised to herself.

It didn’t take as long as she imagined to face him alone in the chat. Approximately 3AM ( Seven always had a crazy sleeping schedule ), she joined the chatroom and found the latter conveniently online.

Bear ( I’m calling you, just pick it up this time. )

At the moment she stopped typing, she didn’t give Seven enough time to reply.

Bear has left the chatroom.

Seulgi searched her friend’s ID through the app and immediately called him. Her heart banged against her chest, mentally praying for him to finally answer to the call. It’s been days. Perhaps even a whole week since the two of them didn’t have a proper conversation. It’s time to fix the mess, time to actually understand what’s going on inside the maze that’s Seven’s head. 

IT was around 3AM when Chanyeol had logged in to the chatroom after a few days of not being active as he is still busy trying to crack the person behind all of this mess. He had plan to finish this as soon as possible without spilling anything to the rest of RFA, not wanting them to worry or even have the said person to harm his members. He had thought no one would log in to the chat around this time, since the members are usually asleep. He had plan to just leave a few messages, indicating that he will busy for the next few days and won’t be online at all.  However, he was wrong. A certain person, the certain someone that he had wished not to be online the most, is there. Bear was there not long after he had leave a few messages about his condition. He was about to just ignore her and logged out from the app when he got a call, from her of course. 

CHANYEOL stared at his phone screen, trying to decide whether he should take the call or just ignore it. He is sure she would ask him ton of things about why he changed these few days and wanting to help which why he was close to decide not to answer the call and just lose the messenger app. But that would only raise her suspicion on him, having a problem despite him saying that he is fine. That wouldn’t be good. She might tell the other members and they would get worried as well. Or he could just answer her call and pretend like nothing happened. Maybe that was the best choice...or maybe not. Without much thought, he swipes his finger against the green button to pick up the call. Clearing his throat, he answers the phone with his usual cheery tone that could be heard whenever a call goes to his mailbox, pretending to be the 707 on the chatroom.

As he gets up she grabs the blanket off the back of the couch and snuggles into it “yes please. Don’t forget to make a cup for yourself to Yeol.”

“I cannot believe that you once again got me to leave the house, Park Chanyeol. Consider yourself special.“ A snort followed her rant as she found herself being tugged along by said male idol, who once again thought that he had to drag his noona out to spend time with her. Yoona wouldn’t complain, she actually found it quite cute and enjoyed his company, but… "You know, spending a day inside would be just as nice and less risky.”

A soft chuckle spills past his lips as his hand reaches up to mess the older’s hair. “Exactly it is! But what’s the fun in that, noona? Don’t you want a little adventure in your life? Besides there aren’t much you could do inside. It’s either laze around or watch a movie maybe play some games but that would be boring, no?” He grins at her, though it was hidden behind his mask. Taking her hand in his, he tugs the other to where he had park his car (actually his manager’s car that he had borrowed) before unlocking it. He then opens the door to the passenger seat for her before mentioning the female to get inside. “The weather is nice so I was thinking about going on a ride, not sure where to but it doesn’t sound bad, right? We could just drive to wherever the road take us to.”

                — ♚ ❝ + She regretted her words ( and her actions ) pretty much the moment she spoke them, but it was already too late to take them back. Sachiko was typically a very indifferent character by nature ———- a stick and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me kind of girl. But it was different when it was someone she actually cared about who said something to upset her, intentionally or not.

               Sachiko Kodama was an extraordinary woman who made a complete 180 with her life. Became a detective in Japan at a young age before she was transferred to Korea to take charge of her own BAU. But she was also a woman with walls taller than a ten story building surrounding her. Opening up to people was hard for her, and she could literally count the people she cared about on one hand.

               As the other walked off, the woman stared at the take out bag sitting on her desk before she sucked in a deep breath. “…. Tch!” She hissed out before she carefully grabbed it by the handles and rushed after Chanyeol.

                    “Jokbal is only good when eating with others. Wanna hit the cafeteria with me so I can warm this up and we can dig in?” There’s an apologetic smile on her lips as she batted her lashes playfully at him, showing that she had gotten over herself. “Drinks will be on me~” 

HE raised a brow at the other sudden change in attitude, though decide to just shrug it off. Maybe she had a bad day or something, or maybe it’s about woman and their monthly things. Chanyeol would never understand woman and their mood swings. It still amazes him how woman could give you a cold shoulder then act all nice and friendly after a few minutes. Guess it will always be a mystery to him, a mystery he isn’t interested in to solve. Since he thinks, he has enough on his hand and shouldn’t care too much about unnecessary things like that.

LOOKING at the younger, he gives her a slight hum and nods his head slightly. “SURE, I did buy enough for the two of us and I didn’t get to have lunch yet so it would be nice to share.” He flashed her a grin as he lets her lead both of the to the Cafeteria, despite knowing really well which Cafeteria she was talking about. Even though he had only been to the said place once or twice, Chanyeol had the place quite well to know where is the Cafeteria, toilet, her office and other rooms. He would say it was thanks to his smart brain which let him easily memorize things, also another reason why he would rarely get lost whenever he is heading somewhere.
