i’ve gotten so fat. there’s no excuse i lost control for a little over a year. i drank and drank and became an alcoholic. i’m six months clean - ten days away from seven. ive replaced alcohol with food but i’m changing that slowly.

i have chronic pain now so i can’t exercise anymore but the doctor said losing weight would be beneficial so i’m here again. i dont know how else to lose weight without restrictions.

ive gotten two appetite suppressing meds in my system. i can already feel the effects or maybe its mental.

but the point is i’m here and ready to lose again. im ready to get some control back. no more alcohol, no more food, i can do this.

but for you to find comfort, if you just had a 5 day long binge and your back from where you started when you look down at the scale, know it’s not the end of the world. deep breaths. it’s water weight, just water weight.

get back on track, you’re doing great girl/man. just keep your head up, it’s a new day :)
