So, is being lonely really that bad?

recently i moved to another place and lost contact with all of my friends and i only had my family to talk to which I'm not very close to

At first, I felt very lonely, but then I thought to myself, "Is being lonely actually that bad?"

like i actually got to sit by myself and reconnect with me , which is pretty cool , like i chose a favorite color and character from desiny

I got to explore myself

So I don't think being lonely is that bad, but sometimes it really sucks, I admit :(
