What I will say is that doesn’t absolve Dream of how he, as a man with a huge platform, handled it. Implying it had to do with his and Quackity’s private interpersonal falling out with little more than circumstantial evidence is incredibly inappropriate and a very reckless way to handle something so serious, in a way where it could potentially throw Quackity under the bus despite the fact that THIS IS A CRIME. Throwing accusations around that someone’s action or inaction lead to a crime taking place is, generally, inadvisable behaviour. Throwing that into a post about interpersonal issues with no thoughts as to what that’d imply is an incredibly impulsive and dangerous move. If he was correct on this escalation being a result of the drama, he could be putting Quackity into danger. If people are stooping to such a low over Minecraft servers, they WILL do so again.

can we please not girlbossify qsmp jaiden? attributing her character to "way cooler than everyone because she's a girl and not roleplaying gay sex" kind of alienates her and reduces her to a gender and orientation. i love jaiden to bits but she isn't a corporate-stereotype-girl-power-badass and i am very tired of every fem cc/character being shoved into this sanitised feminism box.

on this note, aroaces rule! but it's really fucking weird to put a group on a pedestal regarding their relationship with intimacy, irl or in media! the memes about jaiden being surrounded by a cringefail polycule? funny. the jokes about her infiltrating gay sex island? love them. the implication that because she's not roleplaying gay sex she's "cooler" than everyone else? weird, alienating, and vaguely reminiscent of puritan attitudes towards sexuality.

obviously everyone is going to have different boundaries and find different things funny or not funny, and that's fine! DEFINITELY NOT suggesting we police each other's content, especially in regards to arospec and aspec identities, because whether someone should explain/justify their identity to you is frankly none of your business. just asking that we respect others, and prioritise jaiden's actual personality in characterisation.
