From the moment we are born we start to accumulate a collection of objects, memories, thoughts and feelings that we hold onto, sometimes subconsciously. Some of these things are useful to us and others we may hold on to because we don’t know how to let them go.

Task:

1. Think of an object that you can’t remember not being in possession of.

2. Was this given to you? If so, by whom?

3. Why have you kept it for so long?

4. Is it useful to you?

5. Do you still acknowledge this object or is it just one of the many objects that you’ve accumulated?
