I finally cleaned my apartment 

I feel like a king

Chela is at the "i-want-to-be-beautiful-all-the-time" phase

and Robert's mom (Maw Maw) knows it.  

He called me while I was working to ask me if it was ok if Chela could get her haircut with Mae and Debbie.  I talked to her on the phone after she got it cut and she says...Daddy...I love it...I love it...

we want fantasy 

something less boring

but what it is

that pricks us

is objective reality

and we can't figure it out

My friend called me about a month ago and said he was sober...and that he had a job...and was going to school...and that...man...I should see him now cause he's ripped on p90x...that we need to hang out...

turns out he's been in rehab for a month...lost his job for drinking...falling of the wagon...

last time we drank together I spent four nights in jail and had to take twenty-three...count em...23 drug tests over the last couple months

makes me wonder
