In partnership with @msmatchpress, we’re making a sequel to the ‘Home and Home’ zine featuring house interiors and mini hoops. I had a grail experience, getting blessed with a studio visit by the kids of @thisisfranchise. They’re currently Artists-in-residence at the LAAC, home of the famed John Wooden Courts. Being able to connect with folks who share a similar appreciation for art, life and the game is priceless. Teaser for my next 🏀 roadtrip. I originally allocated leave this period for my maiden trip to Africa for AfroBasket '17. This would've completed my @fiba set, attending the biennial tourneys for every region. VISA hurdles and uncertainty about dates and hosts forced me to call an audible. A return to 🇺🇸 for summer hoops isn't a bad plan B though. Africa will have to wait. Stay tuned for more. #NBApostcards

I returned to Sydney May 3rd. '30HomeGames going South' AKA the 'Shareef Abdur-Rahim roadtrip' was a success. Whilst short-lived on paper, my tours of Atlanta & Memphis was packed with flavour. It was my first taste of Playoff Basketball and I was blessed with quality games and great hospitality by the @basketballphysio [Grizzlies] and @atlhawks. On my recent Texas road trip, I completed my mission to watch each NBA team featuring @basketballaus Boomers: - Bucks at @dallasmavs - Pistons at @spurs - Sixers, Jazz at @houstonrockets Unfortunately Ben Simmons was absent due to injury and Thon Maker was DNP-CD. Will see them again no doubt. The highlight was being hosted by @00_rocketgirl as part of the @redrowdies.
