This photo from my origin trip to Peru shows the importance of hand picking coffee cherries. On the same branch you have perfectly ripe berries, and under developed berries. Visiting the Incahuasi coffee co-operative, seeing the hard work that goes into farming and processing the drink that so many take for granted.
