fly like a butterfly

This was sent to me today, the 10th of October, the day i decided to install tumblr again after months of being inactive. And kinda really pulled at my heartstrings...

I spent a long time fuelling my entire self worth purely based on the amount of notes i would get or on how frequently people would interact with me on this platform and it did a lot of harm to the way i perceived myself.

However i spent so long feeling utterly horrible over the fact that i just vanished, it might not have even been something people noticed, but it riddled me with guilt. I found myself often thinking about the people i had met on here and how i genuinely liked talking to them. And as much as i thought about them, the more guilty i felt and didn't want to install this app again.

I'm kinda back, i won't be active quite as much as i used to, but i will try my darnest to reply to messages..
