I AM

The time is now. While I write this, the time is yet to come. This mask is burdensome, but I am unburdened. Well, God has shaped me. The wind has toned my endurance for spring. Summer is a sprint away. Lessons ago, my eyes opened to a new horizon. Since then it grows in distance with every inch I make ahead. So now the time has come to stand. Stand still and firm. Stand. To take the view as it is, to love the world once more, and once more. Turning away, saying, “never again.”

Choices.

There may be choices, options, and opportunities. Choose the opportunity, best of all options. Opportunity comes from God.

Later

I know absolutely nothing about “later”, and that won’t change. So, maybe I do know something about “later”. Later is just like “maybe”, and maybe this will hurt. It might be hard. It could be amazing. It is good. It will be done. Until the word “is”, this is where I am. Honestly, readers and saints—I am only speaking the contents of my own heart. These are words of my book. What if I was A Gust of Wind? What am I now?

I am a child of God.

My mother told me, “love where you are on the way to where you’re goin’.” I do. And that endless circle, of more. “I must live more, love more, forgive as much as I can.” And running with the breeze, with those who chase the wind. Enjoying myself and falling short. That’s what I have now, forgiveness. Practicing now, so I am better for others later.

If my loved ones are ever confused about why I change, and shift—the only explanation is assignment. I am but a meek passenger. God has decided. When the night arrives, I will be content. So you all be content now. Allow me this small space to share with your other thoughts. Keep me tucked away in thoughts and prayers, and God will fill the room.

This is unacceptable, and it feels unnatural.

And a fight that is most important,

We must defend those who sleep in filth against those who stole their beds….

We must also know this:

healing begins with self.

Transformation begins inside of my heart, mind, moving through my entire soul.

I am so angry, and irritated. Ultimately the only reason for my grievance is my own reflection.

Here I am, confessing and admitting to my lack of understanding. Here I am seeking with all of my being, after Christ.

Like the pictures, and cameras get old.

And we will be flowers, in the gardens we left for our descendants.

And some will fade faster, some will be long laster.

And some will catch a glimpse of the next generation, none will out live them.

And they will be wild, and walk amongst a fog.

And they will walk because we walk now.

And we are still young.

And when Jesus walked the Earth,

Jesus was young,

And when he passed through a market,

And people were kind to him,

God found favor within us all.

Why did the Prophets speak?

And, Why did the Apostles follow Christ?

And why do you support anyone else in life?

Why do you love in the first place?

Does this last forever?

Or happen every once in a while?

Why do you smile?

Who saw Jesus smile?

Who raised him, who told him to respect his elders?

Because we will be elders.

And future generations will follow us,

So we must also lead.

We do this by being kind to people in the market.

And people will be kind when we pass by.

Keep wondering who I am.

So that I can keep showing you.

And when the future looks to the past,

Every Knee shall bow, in respect,

Which is acknowledgement.

We are meant to be praying creatures,

That prayer sustains livelihood.

And we are caretakers, we nurture the Earth.

More importantly, the Universe.

We all play a part, so that when we are old…

The young ones, have something good to look forward to.

And I have been thinking this forever.

And God has been showing me forever.

When you read this you will doubt me, and so I wonder this as well.

I do not doubt, it’s almost impossible.

But it is possible, so I too, doubt sometimes.

I write and I write and I write.

I went to the grocery store, who came up with that?

Why? When?

And then I hear the why and nothing else matters.

I walk in a park, watch my child play.

And I am also a child. But I am not?

And I remember when I wasn’t any of these things because I was everything.

And I remember so many things that I will never write.

But this all happened.

So my purpose is to find my purpose,

So everyone is supposed to do this.

And I am a part of everyone.

But this is my life, and everyone is a part of it.

Think of how many people have lived and died.

At one point in my life they said 7 billion;

As of today the number is 8.2 billion.

Now think again,

“How many people have lived and died?”

That’s a whole lot of grief.

So Lot was terrible, and this is grief.

Think of Jesus in the wilderness, or Eve with the snake.

Who had wisdom?

Eve came first, but Jesus had wisdom.

This is because Eve came first.

So birth is painful, and wisdom is Female.

God is wisdom, so God is Female.

God is also Male.

This is what it means, to be the same,

(to be alike).

This is a universal law.

One must be the other.

There must be One, Two, and Three.

There can not only be one day.

There must also be one more day.

And when there are two things, joined together; this makes a third thing.

Like a rope from one end to the other,

Yet tied together by God.

And let me tell you, we are tied to God.

So there is no end or beginning,

The end is the beginning.

Well, I labor for The Kingdom of Heaven.

On the outside, it may seem that I work for man alone.

This is called serving, I do this for free.

I live off pennies, nickels, dimes, and dollars.

Who designed this?

Man may credit himself, but the Glory belongs to God.

The evidence is that we serve for free, and we pay to work.

So now I ask,

who is a mere slave and who is The Master?

For I know I am but a humble servant, the most humble, so humble that I have fallen a thousand times, (x) a thousand.

I am but a lowly being, human & flesh.

I am also Holy, like you.

For Our Father can not fail, so neither will you.

Be Grateful for Mercy.

My mother is right here, but does she hear me? No. I am silent.

My father is not here, and has heard every word.

So I am speaking to God, and people who live in the days to come.

My mother will read this and weep, but what do I know?

I know one thing, this is real.

And I ran from this for such a long time, and here I am.
