Welcome to My Mind.

I used to have the biggest problem with drinking. As soon as I turned 21, it was all my life consisted of. Going out with friends to clubs and bars every night and getting so drunk was normal for me. But in the process within the span of 4-5 years, so many consequences came to follow. I ended up getting arrested, doing time in jail, and disapointing my family and friends. I hurt so many people and lost  many friends due to my addiction. The people that I associated myself with became embarrassed to be seen out in publlic with me. I went through a very dark time which resulted in me doing hard drugs nearly every night and drinking until i was completely zooted. To the people I have hurt in the past; I am so incredibly sorry. I wish I could take it back and let you guys see who I really am without substances. Im sorry If I embarassed you in any way. i just want you to know that that’s not who I really am. But just know i am doing so much better now. I have a 2 year old son who I am completely obsessed with and love so much. I dont drink nearly as much as I used to. I wish I could say I’m completely sober, but I’m not. I still drink and smoke pot but I know how to control my urges so much better than I did in the past. I’m working on becoming a better person but it is a process. I guess what I’m trying to say is, if you knew me 5 years ago, I’m not the same person that I was and I need to reintroduce myself as a new and reinvented version of myself <3 that is all.
