clearing out my draft folder before I go, so here y’all have it

so, it’s what the title says. this is mostly going to be geared towards minors/college aged kids, because the whole school thing is where you’ll find your buyers. man I miss being in high school and actually having fucking money :,)

okie dokie so what you’re gonna wanna do is—excuse the categorizing—find the white right crowd on campus because that’s who’s gonna mostly be consuming your goods IME

best things to boost are lulelemon anything, brand phone cases/pop sockets, basic makeup palettes/glowkits (Anastasia, too faced, naked), pink brand clothing, thrasher merch, anything edgy and branded, etc. anything vaguely fad related/popular brand wise, go for it. keep in mind you probably won’t make as much as you might like on high value objects (expect to take off more like 50-60% on items over $50, just because a lot of the people probably won’t have a ton of spare cash to throw around on hundred dollars leggings, bc, y’know, they’re students)

ask different people each time, just so one person isn’t wondering why you want to sell them new, expensive clothes every two weeks, and also keep into account sizing. i’m a 6/8 so obviously I can’t feasibly sell to ur local skinny size zero Starbucks girl. someone buying me a size four and me wanting to resell isn’t too unreasonable but if I’m like “hey I have a size 0 my grandma bought you wanna buy em” then someone with two brain cells to rub together might go hmmmmm

instagram and snap have also made buying clothes easy because you can post to your story advertising yourself. definitely don’t show all your stuff if you have a lot!! be as vague as you can get away with. generally only tell someone you have something in their size if they it to you first, that sort of thing. personally I prefer doing things over text because they’re more private and my Good Christian Family follows my Instagram but do whatever works for you
