Taking the time to feel grounded

As the evening sun descended, the trail skirted around the rim of a knoll, I climbed to its top just as my phone shuffled “Sunspot” by Moby into my ears. The grasses danced in the wind, golden in the fading daylight, I sat down to meditate and drifted away into nothingness. (at California)

After reaching 1,000 miles I feel that my body has begun breaking down, perhaps it is my mind that is breaking, worse still maybe it is both
