Makes sense right?

Only to be laughed at because “The Bigfoot videos are funny!” and I’m such a buzzkill-

I feel like so many people in my classes just don’t care for it at all and it confuses me to no end. I am a biology major for such a personal reason. I had a heart issue when I was much younger and it was a traumatizing experience. For a while I HATED anything and everything medical. I actively sought to push it away. Then I took anatomy and physiology in high school and it ignited this interest in me. Ever since then I’ve had my heart set on becoming a pediatric cardiologist! I’m not 100% sure of this specific concentration but ik I want to at least be a physician of some kind. I have such a genuine passion for this and I absolutely love learning more about the reasons for why my body did what it did. Why my heart could have been a ticking bomb and why it ended up ok. I want to help kids who have what I had and kids who have it worse than what I had. And so with all this being said, I truly don’t understand when someone chooses to be a bio major but doesn’t actually care about it. They have no personal tie, no genuine interest, no reason for loving science. They just exist there-

I don’t understand it at all! I don’t know anyone in my classes super personally so I definitely can’t say they truly don’t care, but from an outside perspective, it’s baffling.

But ya, that’s all! I’m very grateful for my misfortune early in life because it gave me such a lovely purpose in life. ❤️🫀

I slept for like an hour and a half, ate a PB&J for breakfast and took my ADHD meds with it, and am so stressed out over an exam that I have to take in 40 MINUTES. Also the learning services building is HOT AS FUCK. Maybe if I puke my guts up they’ll take pity and let me go back to bed💀
