Thought that short I made about that Boolean Mouth method was too short? Well, I made a full scale, long form version now. It's a great method for quick and easy (I think) stylized expressions for any character. Go watch it.

Since we're already past the point of it being relevant, I did do some TADC human designs of my own ages ago, I think around like ep 3-4. They were for a one-off comic idea.

I also added chapters to each VOD so it's much easier to follow and skip to the places you want to see. I tried to explain what I'm doing as best as possible, so hopefully it's a good learning tool.

Literally just use a circle brush and a soft/airbrush sometimes, all in Paint Tool Sai 2

As for comics, I sort each frame into their own folder, and mostly just draw like I normally do, with basic outline, color, and multiply layers for shading/screen layers for highlights, and a clipping layer to color the outlines.

This weekend, I want to do a livestream where I model a character live so people can see the full process. I'm going to be modelling Hat Kid for it (mostly just because she seems simple enough to do lol) It'll probably start pretty early EST, and I'm going to go through EVERYTHING, even creating a reference for her, and building various face types for her (2D and normal), and doing all the rigging the day after. I'm not going to go full-tutorial during it, but I will try and explain important bits, and ofc people can ask questions if they need it. See you then!

I haven't done Tails, but I have done a couple others. This Amy one is one I thought of coming out as part of the climax of Forces, of her fighting to save Sonic from Eggman (since my semi-rewrite of it has him trapped until the very end)
