Just letting you guys know

Your child will only get sneakier about sh or they will do more drastic things if they can’t sh.

when I don’t shower for a while what I like to do is wipe myself down with a damp washcloth!! it doesn’t require as much effort as a shower and helps you feel a little less crummy

another thing I do is frequently rinse my face. it gets rid of all the nasty buildup and prevents acne!!

if your hair is greasy: put it up!!! it feels a lot more comfortable.

brushing your teeth can absolutely be a chore so don’t be afraid to half-ass it!! use water instead of toothpaste if you find it easier. even if it isn’t ideal, you’re still taking care of yourself and that’s what matters.

super basic but DRINK WATER!!! I see all you landmines out there with your energy drink and alcohol addictions!!!

and if you have a hard time drinking water I recommend using a straw!! It personally helps me cuz I can just mindlessly sip on it throughout the day!!

go outside!! a lack of vitamin d unfortunately DOES impact your mood. you don’t have go on a walk or anything!! just try to sit outside for 10 minutes at least.

these are just little things I personally do so I can’t guarantee this will help, but I hope it will ˚ʚ♡ɞ˚
