taena stop bothering me

ive been buying dresses for the past weeks just to realize i still have a lot in mnl lol i miss my clothes :-( when i left mnl, i only hav clothes good for 3 days and yes that means undergarments as well haha grrrr

So apparently the convo I had with my friend last night triggered my anxiety and depression, I just didn’t realize it agad haha. Woke up earlier feeling weird (referring to my recent post), I know I’m feeling sad but Idk why. After talking to my 2 bffs about it, made me realize na bitchhhh wtf. Anw yeah it triggered everything, had to cry my eyes out para gumaan feeling ko, and now I think I need to go therapy lol. Hay I thought I was doing great, you just don’t rly know what will trigger you no. I thought I was living a peaceful life pero kahit anong tahimik ko sa buhay nagkakaron ako ng issue lol

Idk what I’m feeling actually. Idk if I’m sad bc I found out he’s regretting what he did or that my friend knew him or I just miss him. Ew feelings ikr I should keep myself busy or prolly delete my socmed for a while hmm
