Sometimes I like to explain commission scams to commission scammers because they always block me immediately lol
(I don’t do it very often, just on occasion.)
Haha wow, that’s… actually kind of impressive Gotta admit, it must feel satisfying to school scammers like that lol. Just glad there are artists like you keeping people aware
A bit late to seeing this but quite frankly I’m an artist who isn’t using Gen-AI to hide the watermarks on stolen art. You make it harder for real artists like me to get commissions because you aren’t honest about your art process. Have fun with that! Stop stealing stuff from actual artists.
💬 0 🔁 2 ❤️ 9 · eviewisdom is another scam artist, very similar to other scam artists out there - vastly different art styles, almost each
You’re not the only artist in the world, and not every artist is a scammer just because you think so. Evie never claimed that they created that artwork themselves. Posting someone else’s art isn’t necessarily wrong; it can also be a way of appreciating other artists and helping their work reach more people. That’s a form of supporting fellow artists. Who do you think you are? We’ve also received a lot of evidence that you behave this way toward artists. You’re not in a position to claim that you support the artist community when you treat artists like this.
Thank you so much, Lara.
Honestly, when I found out that this same person has apparently done similar things to other artists too, I wasn't even surprised anymore. I genuinely don't understand why some people choose to target artists like this.
What makes this frustrating is that I already explained myself before. I never claimed that the cover art or reference images being discussed were my own artwork. I simply shared images that I liked or that matched a certain vibe. The artworks I've said belong to clients do belong to clients, and every client I've worked with has been happy with my work.
I also pointed out that if someone had concerns about me, they could have messaged me privately first instead of making a public post. I was willing to answer questions and explain things. Unfortunately, after I replied, my comment ended up being deleted.
At this point, I'm just tired of the misinformation and assumptions. If you've seen these posts and understand what's happening, I'd really appreciate it if you could report them as harassment/spam. Please also be cautious of accounts involved in spreading these accusations, including @obi-troll-kenobi and @ai-art-thieves.
I just want to focus on my art and my clients, not unnecessary drama.
I’m not reading all of that.
@ai-art-thieves here’s the nonsense I got this morning that I’ve still not read much beyond the accusation that I’m mean to all artists lol
Hi, Evie.
Need more evidence?
Is an artwork by now-deleted instagram artist dragonsketches1
is untraceable, but you forgot to erase artist's signature :)
Is an artwork by nynandecay on instagram
"Evie never claimed that they created that artwork themselves."
Yeah try again. Not only claim you drew it, you claim you drew it for money, using fake/stolen art to advertise commissions. How is poiting your blatant ar theft a "misunderstanding" and "misinformation"?
I’ve blocked both of the art thieves (ones gone but the other seems to still be up) but sharing this anyways for anyone who wants to see further evidence.

This will sound weird (and a little heretical), but I genuinely believe this is one of the best Suselle scenes in the whole game. BECAUSE IT DEMONSTRATES NOELLE'S BIGGEST GREEN FLAG AND COMPLETELY AND SINGLE-HANDEDLY REFUTES THE ARGUMENT THAT HER LOVE FOR SUSIE IS UNHEALTHY OR PROBLEMATIC!
For context, this scene happens right after she asks Kris what Susie's like as a person, and you force Kris to reply, "She's terrible" (and I emphasize force because we've all seen how much Kris loves her company post-Chapter 1). Notice what she's doing? She acknowledges their feelings, affirms them, and allows Kris to have them! No apologetics! No victim-blaming! No stuff like "what did you do to make her mad?" or "it could not have been that bad", or any of the BS you've seen apologists say in defence of toxic and malicious people!
She knows there's good in Susie, but she also knows it doesn't change the fact that Susie's treatment of Kris has been anything but good, and wouldn't do any good to deny, downplay, or excuse it! She doesn't let her love for Susie compromise her care for her friend, or make her turn a blind eye to how Susie has treated said friend. And ironically, her willingness to acknowledge Susie's flaws/failings actually makes her a much better girlfriend for Susie!
Yes, Noelle is not without flaws herself. Yes, she doesn't always make the most perfect decision or have the best judgment at every turn. But she's always trying to do the right thing and her heart is always in the right place, and because of that, her heart definitely deserves to belong to Susie!

Excuse me, could I ask you to take a look at this blog post?
https://goyavoyage.bearblog.dev/reconsidering-umamusume-in-the-context-of-animal-abuse/
I'd like to know what someone with a degree in horses thinks of it.
Another case of an ara ruining any decent takes with heavy embleshiment and hyperbole.
Yes horse racing sees too many on track deaths, yes the horses are started too young.
However using language that calls selective breeding "eugenics" and is obsessed with animals "consenting" is so many degrees separated from any kind of realistic perspective and is under the false idea that animals function the same as humans.
The idea that any racehorse that doesn't make the cut is immediately killed is blatantly false. A racehorse ending up in the slaughter pipeline usually makes the news and is seen as a massive oversight for a reason. With lip tattoos and microchips registered with the jockey club, the system is designed to make sure every registered horse is accounted for whether they are actively racing or not. Horses that don't make the cut as racers become riding horses that go on to do other jobs. In Japan specifically retired or non raced Thoroughbreds are what pretty much everyone rides unless they are wealthy enough to import something. There are whole incentive programs at competitions of various disciplines specifically for jockey club registered Thoroughbreds.
Also I'm baffled at the paradox of this person supposedly knowing enough about horse racing to give reliable information on how the industry functions while watching all of Cinderella Gray and not clocking any of the extremely obvious references to horse racing. Like they were totally on board with uma musume until they found out Oguri Cap is the name of a real horse, only then did it become problematic.
Y'all forgetting the OG
The above post is not the OG.
The original, as seen below, was posted on Facebook by a guy in Cincinnati. Someone else saw it and thought they would have more luck propagating it if they changed the city to “Detroit,” because in the American popular consciousness, Detroit is a more infamously blighted city than Cincinnati. And indeed, that version was the one that proliferated, because it resonated more with the people who saw it. The original poster and the original city were forgotten.
Does this really matter to anyone (besides Joshua Cromwell)? Perhaps not. But sometimes people do this with things that are more important than porches…
someone stole our fucking meme! can’t have shit in Cincinnati
She got the idea for the study while walking with her advisor at Stanford to discuss her thesis topic, and the paper she eventually published in the Journal of Experimental Psychology in 2014 is sharp enough that it should have ended the seated meeting on the day it came out.
She ran 4 experiments on 176 people. Same person tested twice. Once sitting, once walking. The creativity tasks were the standard ones psychologists have used for decades to measure how good a brain is at generating novel useful ideas.
81% of participants in the first experiment produced more creative ideas while walking than while sitting. In the second experiment, 88%. In the third, 100%. Every single person walked into a more creative version of themselves. On average, people generated 60% more novel useful ideas the moment their legs started moving.
The skeptical question is the obvious one. Maybe it was the fresh air. Maybe it was the scenery passing by. Maybe it was the change of environment doing the work, not the walking itself.
Oppezzo killed every one of those explanations with one experimental decision. She put people on a treadmill facing a blank wall. No scenery. No fresh air. No environmental change. Just legs moving in place while staring at white drywall. The 60% boost held.
Then she ran the experiment that closed the case completely. She took participants outside in two conditions. Half of them walked through a Stanford courtyard. The other half were pushed through the exact same courtyard in a wheelchair. Same outdoor stimulation. Same scenery passing at the same speed. The only difference was whether the legs were moving.
The walkers produced dramatically more novel high-quality ideas than the wheelchair group. The outdoors did almost nothing on its own. The walking did everything.
She also tested the opposite kind of thinking. Convergent thinking. The kind where there is one right answer and you have to narrow down to it. Word puzzles where 3 words share a hidden fourth word that connects them. The seated participants did slightly better on these. Walkers got slightly worse.
Walking is not a general intelligence enhancer. It does one specific thing. It opens up the divergent search inside your brain. The part that generates options. The part that produces unexpected connections. The part that takes a problem and finds five ways into it instead of one.
When you need to converge on the single right answer, sit down. When you need to find the answer in the first place, get up.
The mechanism is now well understood. Walking selectively activates what neuroscientists call the default mode network, the system inside your brain that runs when you are not consciously focused on anything. The DMN is where mind-wandering happens. Where memories cross-reference each other. Where ideas that have been sitting in separate folders inside your head finally bump into each other.
When you sit at a desk and force yourself to concentrate, you suppress the DMN. When you walk at a natural pace, the executive part of your brain gets just busy enough handling the walking that the DMN comes online and starts doing the work that focus was blocking.
The most useful finding in the entire paper is the one almost nobody quotes. The boost did not turn off the moment people stopped walking. Participants who walked first and then sat back down stayed elevated. Their next round of seated creativity work was still significantly better than people who had been sitting the whole time. The rest lingered for at least several minutes after the legs stopped moving.
You do not need to do creative work while walking. You need to walk before the creative work. The brain holds the state.
Edited down a long tweet. (x)
[runs hands down face]
Okay this is the problem with sharing pop science stuff online and content aggregation accounts
The study is real, it's very easy to find by searching up the author's name + study. Give it a read yourself. It's written in a pretty accessible way imo.
Note that it does not put forward any explanations for why this effect happens, only that it does. In the conclusion it posits many possible reasons for why, and that it's most likely nothing to do with the specific action of walking, merely any semi automatic repetitive activity. They also acknowledge the study did not account for the social company the walkers were in, which is a pretty massive factor imo. Considering the conclusion brings up MANY alternative explanations and future experiment possibilities, it's decidedly not "killed every alternative explanation" like the tweet says. The actual paper ends like most scientific papers, listing alternative possible explanations, these are preliminary results, more research is needed, wider demographics of people need to be included, etc.
Another thing is the phrasing of these tweets are like red flags flapping in the wind to me. Any short form social media content that's 1. Pop science 2. Conveys absolute certainty 3. Ends with self improvement biohacking adjacent advice, should set off alarm bells.
Look at the implications that if the tweets were true, it would mean wheelchair users and people with mobility issues would be inherently worse at creative tasks.
So who is this person that's tweeting this, rephrasing this paper in a "helpful" way that is sure to get shares from people who really value being creative and are looking for any way to become more creative in their -
OFC ITS AN AI BRO
You wanna see what his recent articles look like?
CAN WE STOP GETTING BAITED INTO PLATFORMING GRIFTERS
Thank you! There were so many red flags in the first post's language. The original paper straight up says that the mechanisms weren't isolated! Also there is no single part of the brain responsible for creative idea generation, it involves communication between multiple brain networks.
Glad I wasn't the only person who looked at this and thought that it was weird to say this study is SO perfect when the way it's framed here directly implies that people who can't walk are inherently less capable of being creative than people who can.
I can't leave a reply but to the disabled people in the notes who now genuinely seem to believe their mobility issues have robbed them of their ability to be creative pls don't think that! That's not what this study said! You're dealing with ableist misinformation from an AI bro, the study did not make these claims. I encourage everyone who's shared the version without the corrections to take them down, this misinfo is hurting already clearly hurting disabled people and should not be spread.

Proboscis Bat Rhynchonycteris naso
It is found from southern Mexico to Belize, Peru, Venezuela, Bolivia and Brazil, as well as in Trinidad. The bats are nocturnal, sleeping during the day in an unusual formation: most of them line up, one after another, on a branch or wooden beam, nose to tail, in a straight row.
In the photo, the two bats on the lower left are carrying young.

I really love how dedicated these guys are to queuing.
ok but g2 ponies are criminally underrated like ?? they're so adorable idk why people don't talk about them and i hardly hear of anyone specifically collecting them !! :(
tbh i think a lot of it has to do with discolouration over time? but i think a lot of them still look really good ! i only have one at the moment but i plan on getting more :3
They are SO pretty! That’s why I have 125 of them ☺️
They are not more prone to discoloration than other generations, I believe. But they came after g1, which defined the brand, and g2 look very different (they were not originally designed for the MLP brand), so they were a very drastic change (you’ll notice g3 looks much more like g1 ponies). They only lasted a few years in the US because of this, but were very popular in Europe (especially France).
Honestly, painting trees with Q-tips is going to be my new hobby, this is a lot of fun. :D I don't think I shared the scan yet, so here you go~.
