Goat Leg 🐐 How lucky am I!? I was gifted this beauty! This gorgeous cut is going into the oven for an all day low, slow roasting. I coated it in olive oil, honey, minced garlic, rosemary, finely chopped shallots, salt and pepper. I want to keep things as simple as possible, so the actual flavor of the meat shines through. Also this oil goes with everything, rice, pizza, fried potatoes, soup, the list goes on 🙌 Just remember you need to get the right chili powder, chili flakes won’t work and the Sichuan peppercorns are also known as ‘prickly ash’.
