Been thinking again about that time comics!Eobard/comics!Hunter lived together in the future, and my brain went âand they were zoommates (oh my god they were zoommates)â. Yeah, took it long enough. So I guess in addition to âzoomzoomâ Iâm also gonna call this ship âzoommatesâ from now on. Until I run into someone else who ships them (if other such people exist) and they have better (less ridiculous, that is) ideas.
On one hand, I wish the comics showed us more of their living situation, but on the other, the comics not doing this just mean I can headcanon whatever the hell I want.Â
Therefore: Hunter has his own room, there are many photos of Ashley in it - Eobard got him all these, since itâs not like Hunter had any with him when Eobard sprang him out of prison - and even one photo of Wally... well, itâs Wally whom Eobard tore out of the group photo with Barry, then inserted himself in his place. (But are those photos of Ashley from Hunterâs own timeline or from the new one?) Nothing ever happens between him and Eobard in this room, because Ashleyâs photos. A whole lot of things happen between him and Eobard in other rooms though.Â
(Does Eobard ever slip up and call him Barry? Depends on whichever way my headcanons go at any given time. If Hunter wouldnât care much, then probably not. If Hunterâs feelings would be hurt, then absolutely yes. If theyâre actually into roleplaying... tbh never considered this possibility before this very moment, so no idea.)
