i think i can say with some certainty that i have a good taste in music and can make good playlists 👍 people asking me what song is playing and such yay come listen to my beautiful music with me. i like curating songs so much and thinking about what does or doesnt go in a playlist and it feels soo nice that it gets recognized

hmm friend who knits a lot asked my shoe size on my birthday... mysterious, what could it mean...

been feeling a little like wile e coyote. i wont fall untill i look down. but im not looking yet tomorrow im watching the eclipse with my aunt’s family and my grandma and then im going back home to watch the meteor swarm with friends and i made my plans for my birthday a bit more concrete and i have something planned nearly every day this month. im starting to feel like a real person again

i have to keep telling myself its summer madness everyones weird because its summer. i am not crazy and everyone is a little off but im also experiencing summer madness and so im a little weird too.

i will tell you ahead of time instead of afterwards. 12-13 august is the peak of the perseid meteor shower ☝️ and it will be the new moon so theyre easier to see

my sibling took my room when i moved out but kept all the furniture the same so it kind of looked like a weird ghost of my childhood bedroom but with other posters and trinkets and stuff, but now theyre finally getting rid of some of my old stuff. their bed is in a different room now so it’s not dark and cramped anymore, and theyre getting a new desk. im surprised that i dont really feel sad at all about that little relic of my life fading further. but i also dont think i ever truly loved that bedroom & i do love my room now so much & also it’s been. uh. almost exactly 6 years? wow thats crazy i have not lived in that house for 6 years. & im happy my sibling has more space it looked nice without the huge bed
