Idk if this headcannon has been said or not or if it actually is cannon, but like, I think that Wayne manor has seceet passages and stuff which only Alfred knows. Like even Bruce tried to figure them out but only found like a couple, but couldn't find any more then he just sees Alfred standing next to him and just saying smt like "Master Bruce, you have not finished your lunch, do you want me to pack it for you?"
And at this point I'm thinking abt all the batkids wondering how Alfred gets to the front door so fast when he was at the batcave a few seconds ago. Like, he doesn't even run, he just calmly walks. A running joke forms among the batkids abt Alfred literally running faster than the Flash to get to the door.
To this day, all the past and present batfam members have been trying to find these secret paasageways and doors which Alfred knows abt.
Jason, in the batcave: Yah, so I was just about to catch the leader of the cult when-
Alfred: Master Tim has arrived. Shall I go and let him in?
Jason: It's fine, I'll let him in myself.
Alfred: No need to get up Master Jason, I shall fetch him.
Jason, already running away: Cya Al!
Jason: Damn, this place is big. It took a while to get her-
Alfred, opening the door: Why hello Master Jason, it took you a while to get here.
Jason: Wha- how- I literally ran all the way here!
Tim, whispering: Jace, it's the secret passageway.
