housing market is still wack as fuck because wdym this is a million dollar house with a gigantic kitchen that has a fuckton of space with a full bar area off to the side
yet it has the same kind of cheap-ass above-range microwave you see in 600 sq ft apartments where the builders are trying to maximize space/efficiency
there's no reason for a house listed at $985,000 USD to have this when you have this much cabinet space available to you.
They could've had a drawer microwave installed to the right of the stove like this that would've instantly classed up the kitchen:
and don't even get me started on the fact that this house with its bigass kitchen and million dollar asking price is still using a standard 36" $900 Black Friday Special fridge from the local hardware store.
