Yike? How'd you get concussed, Sam?
GOOD QUESTION. I donât remember it happening so I donât actually know, but at this point the best theory is that I tripped, fell, and bonked my head on the corner of a piece of furniture. I just woke up the next morning, in bed, with a black eye and no real clue how I got to bed.Â

Congratulations! I'm so happy you're getting back into running (as am I after breaking in new orthotics!). Managing asthma for me means taking the salbuterol *before* running as a prophylactic - annoying yet effective.
Yep, thatâs me too -- two puffs before working out, then non-cardio weights while I wait for it to take effect so when Iâm breathing deep on the treadmill, my airway stays clear :DÂ
