when Tifa is jealous she thinks sheโs being subtle but she's actually not

her expression changes from all smiley to a kind of distracted or hazy look

Tifa will keep everything bottled up until she can get some private time with you to tell you about how sheโs feeling

she hates feeling jealous because it just makes her feel icky and possessive over you and she doesnโt want you to feel tied down

jealous tifa gets a little insecure at times too like if your with someone whoโs really pretty or someone she thinks is more attractive than her, sheโll get a bit insecure

then she gets quiet and disinterested when jealous

she gets all sad when she constantly tells herself that you donโt love her anymore no matter how many times sheโs tried to push those thoughts away

tifa would still be polite ofc but she would give short answers or responses opting to focus more on whoโs got your attention

overall, Tifa is pretty mature about her feelings but like many people she can also get a little insecure too. Nothing some good old communication canโt fix
The more Tifa watched you and Aerith talk amongst each other, she started to wonder: would they like me more if I was more extroverted? Maybe if I talked more, they would talk to me more than aerith? These negative thoughts and emotions made Tifa more and more insecure. She was tired of bottling up her feelings so she decided that later on that day she would tell you how she felt.
It was hard to say the least. Every time aerith would cling onto you, she gritted her teeth in opposition of the action. Fortunately, you saw how upset and quiet Tifa had been the whole day. Her responses were quick and short and although they were anything but polite, you could tell she wasnโt in a chatty mood. This wasnโt like her so on your way back to the rooms on the cruise ship, you opened your mouth to say something. To ask Tifa if she could talk with you but she spoke first: โHey [name], can I talk to you privately?โ she asked. โ Yeah of courseโ Tifa took your hand and led you to the front deck of the ship, where there were minimal people.
Facing the sunset mixed with colors of yellow and orange hues, and the refreshing breeze alongside the sound of waves colliding with the ship and the low chatter of the people on the front deck, relaxed Tifa. She was nervous to bring up the topic with you but she had to. โSoโฆ[name], I was wonderingโ she started. Turning to face you, she took yoir hand in hers and asked: โDo you like girls that are more extroverted? Likeโฆ.Aerith maybe?โ Looking at her with wide eyes, you asked yourself: what kind of question is that?! Noticing your surprise, she blushed and said โWell when everyone had been upstairs, I saw you and aerith talking and she had been so touchy with you and you seemed more happy around her soโฆโ she paused and took a deep breath before muttering: โI just thought youโd like more outgoing and social people.โ Raising your hand to hold her cheek you both made eye contact. โOh Tifaโฆ.I love you just the way you are. The only girl I prefer is you. Not Aerithโ you assured her. โ Tifa, I like you because youโre different from Aerithโ
Tifa was overjoyed that you werenโt upset with her and you did truly love her (even if she already knew it). She rushed into a hug with you โI never knew you really felt that wayโ she mumbled โIโm gladโ you wrapped your arms around her and held her tightly. โI love you, Tifaโ โI love you too, [name]โ

i think Sephiroth would be pretty good at masking his jealousy, and I think he doesnโt even get jealous anyway

he thinks itโs silly plus he trusts you. So why be jealous?

but youโre the only one who would know that heโs jealous, because of his killer glare he gives to people who he thinks isnโt deserving of your time

I also think heโd be like Tifa in the sense that he would make his responses short and quick

if weโre talking about pre-nibelheim Sephiroth, then he would try his best to be as polite as he can but if itโs post nibelheim thenโฆ..he just wonโt care ๐คท๐พโโ๏ธ

heโll glare at the person until they leave, but if they donโt then heโll come up to the two of you and take you away without saying anything

When Sephiroth told you he wanted to join and help you with your errands, fairly surprised you. He would never join you when you went out for simple necessities like groceries, preferring to keep himself occupied with his work. It wasn't that he was neglectful, he was just a busy man and he had his missions to attend to. He told you this when he confessed his feelings for you while you were tending to his injuries from a battle he had.
He firmly told you that being my partner will be dangerous and I wonโt always be there with you. You knew what life by his side would be like, and you knew you could handle it. You understood this and yet here you are, standing in front of him, about to walk out the door. โI thought you were busy with work?โ You asked, with a teasing smile on your face. โWork can wait, Iโd like to spend time with you.โ he answered while turning to open the door. โItโs been awhile, no?โ Humming in agreement, you took his hand and set off to the market. โYes, it has.โ
The time you had spent with Sephiroth, was very nice. You were so happy to finally spend some time together, after his prolonged absence. You missed his comforting presence so much. Walking together, hand in hand, you spotted a flower shop. โLetโs get some more flowers, the ones in the case at home are wiltingโ holding onto Sephirothโs hand, you led him to the flower shop. The interior was decorated with different kinds of flowers that caught your attention.
The clerk greeted you and welcomed you both into the store. After greeting him back, you asked which flowers looked nicer in the sunlight. โWell, in my opinion, peonies look great in the light, but chrysanthemums are different,โ he said while showing you a beautiful bouquet of white chrysanthemums. โNot only do chrysanthemums look better, they also pair nicely with the color of your eyesโ you smiled sweetly at the compliment and thanked him.
โWould you like these in a vase?โ
โYes pleaseโ as he left to go get the vase, you heard Sephiroth chuckle. โSomething funny?โ You asked. โNot at all, itโs just that it seems he has a little crush on youโ he smiled. โJealous, much?โ
โHardly, I know youโre mine,โ He teased, while leaning towards your ear, whispering: โAnd Iโm sure you know that as well, darlingโ

cloud would swear up and down all around that he isnโt jealous, but like Tifa, cloudโs jealousy is extremely obvious

if he feels like youโve been spending a lot of time with someone or he sees someone flirting with you then heโll get all sulky and in his feels

Cloud will brush off anyone who comes up and asks him if heโs okay

his pride gets in the way of him actually being the bigger person and walking up to you. But if he sees that you obviously donโt like the attention and the person trying to talk to you is getting more pushy and touchy, thatโs when heโll step in

Cloud doesnโt like this one bit. Why does that guy keep bothering you? Surely he sees youโre not into him so why keep trying? Cloud scoffs at the guy who just sat down next to you at the bar. โWhateverโ cloud thinks while looking away โitโs not like I care, they can handle themselvesโ But the sight of you two together and him flirting with you made his blood boil.
While staring at you and the mystery guy, cloud failed to notice heavy footsteps coming closer to him until a voice spoke up. โNever took you for the jealous type, Cloudโ Barret chuckled loudly, while sipping on his alcoholic beverage. โIโm not jealous, donโt be stupidโ cloud quips. โWell it seems like it to me, better watch out before they run off with someone else,โ Barret laughs after patting cloud on the back.
You hear Barretโs boisterous laugh and turn around to find cloud, once you both lock eyes you turn to the man whoโs been flirting with you for who knows how long, you tell him for the nth time that you have to get back to your boyfriend. He protests but you leave before he can actually get a word in. โCloud, whatโs wrong?โ You ask โNothing, im fineโ you frowned at his response, and took a moment to think. Why is he being so standoffish? but then it clicked for you. โAh, so you were jealous huh?โ You teased. Cloud looks away and doesnโt answer. You chuckled a little at his stubbornness and lace your hand with his. Cloudโs eyes widen a bit at your unexpected display of affection and gets a little stiff, but a second later he relaxes.
โDonโt worry Cloud, I only love you, no one else.โ

Zack and you decided to take a walk around the SOLDIER base since he was on break, but Zack had been called to help with something so he had to leave while telling you heโd be back soon. Once Zack got done with his work he immediately went back to you only to find another SOLDIER flirting with you. His s/o! He couldnโt believe it. Everyone knew that you and Zack were together so why was he flirting with you?
Zack races over to where you are and tries to direct your attention to him. โHey, [name] is this guy bothering you?โ He questions. You open your mouth to answer his question before getting cut off by the other SOLDIER โNo we were just talking, right [name]? They are exceptionally good looking after allโ you scoff and roll your eyes.
Zack brightens at his fellow comradeโs โcomplimentโ and smiles. โI know! [name] is definitely the prettiest person everโ the SOLDIER looks back at you and says heโd be a better match for you than Zack could ever be.
Zackโs face twists into disbelief โsays the guy who couldnโt even get through basic training before calling it quitsโ he sneers.
The man to your right glared at Zack and opened his mouth to refute zackโs claim but closed it when you grab your boyfriendโs hand and swiftly walk away as to not make a scene. โUgh, can you believe that guy? The nerve to say that right in front of meโ you grumble angrily.
โYeah that was crazy, but you wanna know what else is crazy?โ You look at him curiously then say what. โUs not kissing right nowโ
