So, you might be wondering why Yuuken decided to go after Kalim instead of anyone else?

He ranks the dorms by how dangerous they actually are to his plans.

First is tied between Disamonia and Ignihyde

Disamonia is an unknown factor, considering that Tsutarou is Malleus Draconia. Yuuken actually paid attention to how many times people seemed to either fear or be overwhelmed by him, so his unique magic would probably be no joke either.

Yuuken doesn't know too much about Lilia, but he feels more experienced than how he appears to others.

Yuuken actually likes Silver, but his mental state is currently twisting back to a seminormal state whenever Silver is around him. He actually avoids him entirely.

Sebek is loud and already too suspicious of Heartslabyul as a whole, so he was out as well.

Ignihyde

Yuuken doesn't underestimated Idia as some cringe Otaku. He actually sees Idia as a multifaceted intelligent person that hides behind the grandeur of video games and anime and you know what they say never underestimated the IT guy.

Ortho is likely suspicious of Yuuken. Yuuken assumes that Ortho is likely scanning his vitals and status as a check up for any signs of Blot or overblot.

Second is Savanaclaw

Everyone knows that Leona is actually intelligent if he's motivated by annoyance or interest. Yuuken knows that Leona will likely figure him out if he even makes a move.

Ruggie is an interesting case in Yuuken's eyes. He doesn't seemed to care too much but is way too close to Leona which would tip him off to Leona that something weird is going on. Yuuken scratches off the blot rose donuts off his plans for now.

Jack is investigating, so if he feels like something is odd with Yuuken, Jack can and will take Yuuken much like how Epel took Deuce

Third is Octavinelle

No. Just no. Too unpredictable and too many unknown factor even for Yuuken's standards.

Fourth is Pomefiore

They're already suspicious of Heartslabyul especially after the whole thing with Epel and Deuce hasn't been seen since he left, so Yuuken assumes they have him yet..... he doesn't attempt to recuse Deuce despite Deuce's Delusions about him.

Scarabia

Kalim is way too kind to just ignore Yuuken plus he likely feels guilt over what happened during the winter break. Yuuken can and likely will take advantage of that.

Jamil, on the other hand, is likely going to be investigating as well as feeling guilty over the whole kidnapping Yuuken and Grim for some grand scheme. They were already doing too much for the Headmaster and he just added onto their unnecessary problems during his overblot.

@plushieray2 I noticed you didn't really mention Scarabia as a whole aside from Kalim in the light music club and that Disamonia is not mentioned often, so I wanted to come up with some Lore reasons on why my verison of Yuuken doesn't go after Disamonia and goes after Scarabia than any of the previous dorms.
