Time to get over my anxiety and post another old fic from 2020!

This one is based on one of my fave Vocaloid songs and involves forbidden Yuri/Serena in a Renaissance AU setting, so it's a series quite dear to me ♥

Aside from the first chapter (and maybe the second, since it's mostly done) I'm not sure if I'll post/write more about this though, since it's been so many years I forgot all about several plot points and the intricacies of the drama, but if there's enough interest I'll do my best to continue it! For now, my current writing focus stays on my current hyperfixation (Odin Sphere) as usual, ahah :,3

Yuri:*Rolls his eyes, Punches two people out cold, takes off their coats and carefully puts them on her*Here, don't say I'm not romantic or that I never do anything for you.

Yurisere Week- Day 7: Hanami/Stargazing

Understanding other people's interests was something Yuri frequently struggled with, not because he wasn't interested in learning. He understood deep down that it was ironic given how adamant he was about sharing his own interests, hobbies, and way of life, but the fundamental reason for this difficulty was that he didn't fully comprehend what other people wanted. To be honest, even he was aware of how hypocritical that was, and he wasn't the kind to dispute it when someone brought it up. That was just the way he was, however if there was one interest he set aside his problems, confusion, and grips for, it was Serena's. As he listened to her talk endlessly about the wonders of the universe, the stars, and everything in between, he found himself letting go of his confusion for her sake because witnessing that wonder and that smile was far better than any problems he had with other people's desires, interests, etc. Because she was the one talking and that at this point and time was the only thing that mattered.
