Ingredients: 4 ears of corn, husked and cleaned. 1 cup water. Salt to taste. Butter for serving.
Instructions: Place the trivet or steamer basket in the pressure cooker. Add 1 cup of water to the bottom of the pressure cooker. Place the cleaned corn on the trivet or in the steamer basket. Sprinkle salt over the corn. Close and lock the lid of the pressure cooker. Set the pressure cooker to high pressure and cook for 2 minutes. Once done, perform a quick pressure release. Carefully open the lid and remove the corn with tongs. Serve hot with butter and additional salt if desired.
