It's not a strict guideline as there are a few correct ways to write Korean names using romanized letters, but there is a guideline nonetheless. Rule of thumb is writing it the closest to how it would be pronounced, but there is wriggle room. We are using the standardized spelling based off the hangul, but also following what the ORV official does. But some will always be a little different, but not incorrect, such as using g instead of k, in some instances, or p instead of b or v.
