There’s no playing around, or watering it down to “my dear friend”. The girls explicitly confirm their love and their sexual desires in a way I actually haven’t seen in most media. And honestly, while the game started as what felt like a hilarious shit post, the characters and stories are heartfelt and heartbreaking. It has some of the best character work I’ve ever seen. It still has humor and it’s used effectively. And the stakes are real and they don’t let you forget it.

It’s a sort of gacha? But it’s extremely generous. It’s basically a visual novel with some gameplay thrown in.
