Look, I tried, really tried to give Your Sky - Hare nochi Koi a second chance but it’s just… awful…

I kinda want a new show but with basically the same premise idea to Your Sky - like same broad strokes of concepts, but make it like 3 shades darker.
I want Muenfah and Teelak's best friend's brother/fake dating/sunshine-child-meets-angry-scary-guy dynamic, but make Muenfah actually scary? Actually intimidating? And not just the fluffy awkward guy with sort of a temper? that he actually is.
Give me RealHia again but make it actually messy and actually mixed signals and confusion and yes but no but yes and maybe kinda toxic.
Give me TeeteePor (whatever their characters' names are) and make Por way more of a playboy debonair and maybe more of an asshole and Teetee can't tell if he's for real or not.
(Disclaimer, I'm not complaining about Your Sky. It's precious and I do really like it. I just also want to see these same dynamics again but leaned into waaay harder and more in the toxic direction. We're in the height of the good toxic shows rn.)

Have I mentioned lately how much I love that Your Sky starts with this whole monologue about how evil Muenfah is and how he kills anyone who gets in his way, terrifying Teerak. Meanwhile Lee, Muenfah's own brother, Teerak's BEST FRIEND, is just sitting there laughing?
