This recipe for gluten-free Yorkshire pudding is easy, never fails, and makes puddings that are perfectly light and crispy. Enjoy this gluten-free take on a traditional British dish!
Ingredients: 2/3 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 2 large eggs. 2/3 cup lactose-free milk. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven up to 450F 230C. Put the gluten-free all-purpose flour and salt in a bowl and mix them together. Whisk the eggs in a different bowl until they are well mixed. Slowly pour the lactose-free milk into the eggs that have been whisked while you keep whisking. Pour the egg and milk mixture into the dry ingredients slowly while whisking all the time to make a smooth batter. In each well of a muffin tin or Yorkshire pudding tin, put about 1/2 teaspoon of vegetable oil. Put the tin in the oven. Put it in the oven and heat it up until the oil is good and hot. Take the hot pan out of the oven carefully, and then carefully pour about half of the batter into each well. Put the pan back in the oven and bake for another 20 to 25 minutes, or until the Yorkshire puddings are golden brown, crisp, and risen. Serve right away as a tasty gluten-free side dish with your roast dinner!
