White chicken! Tonight’s meal was a spatchcocked whole chicken seasoned with @olehickorypits Dooster and coated with @meatmitch White Sauce. Served with some salt and vinegar tri-color fingerling potatoes. This chicken was cooked perfectly on my @recteq_official RT-700. Super tender and juicy. The potatoes were boiled then roasted then blistered with the searz-all. Loving this new sauce from Meat Mitch!
