@sbifoundation @theofficialsbi #DigitalIndia #YONOSBI I opened a #SBI #YONO account at #State #Bank #Of #India Branch : #Raiagar, #Didihat, @Pithoragarh on 02-01-2020. The Branch Manager and the staff took around 4 hours for account opening, document verification etc. After that they asked me to deposit minimum Rs.1,000/- in the account either in Cash or Online. I transferred Rs.1,000/- the same day from #Allahabad Bank Account. The next day I transferred Rs.2200/- from #HDFC Bank. Then again Rs.1500/- from another Bank. All transfers were done before 11:45 am on 02-01-2020 and 03-01-2020 respectively. At 12”00 pm (afternoon) I tried to withdraw cash via #ATM #less Yono App. But it showed error depicting Permission Denied for Withdrawal (Screenshot attached). Then I went to the Branch and talked to Branch staff as well as Branch Manager himself for withdrawal via Withdrawal Slip. The concerned said it wouldn’t be possible as my Account Verification from Head Office is pending and they can’t do anything. I called up the Customer Care. They told me to visit the Branch Office which I did but to no avail. I again called up the Customer Care but then too no resolution of my problem was provided. Now I am stuck up here in Raiagar, Distt Pithoragarh since last 3 days with no money in my pockets. I cannot withdraw my own money, neither can I leave this place without paying the Hotel Bills. Who is to be contacted for early redressal and withdrawal facility to be available in my favor.
