Okay, SO I actually did research for this cause I wanted to incorporate the language of flowers, since thinking about that is actually what gave me the idea for this.

Looking at the flowers in Spot's hand, there's 4 of them, a yellow tulip, a spider flower, belladonna, and bleeding heart.

According to Google and the farmer's almanac site, a yellow tulip means 'the sunshine in your smile', a spider flower is illusion/trickery, belladonna is silence, and bleeding heart is unrequited love

I'm not gonna say why I picked those flowers, cause that's spoilers for the fic, but there's a reason >:)
