I called over my oldest daughter Aliana to try @bolthousefarms Creamy Roasted Garlic yogurt dressing and she absolutely loved it! Every time I cook and chop up fresh garlic she runs into the kitchen, grabs a couple pieces of and eats it raw. Yes, RAW! The dressing totally reminded me of a creamy pasta dish and so, I couldn't help but make a pasta sauce with it! I didn't want to use heavy cream so I used coconut milk and it was a total success.
