Yoghurts are deadly dangerous!
Advice for Remy, Day 185. Yoghurts are great, toffee yoghurts are the best. When I was little, dad would always have toffee yogurts - always Safeway ones, always the same. He’d eat all but a little bit at the end and, once he’d finished, would always let the dog finish it off. I could never work out how he wouldn’t get bored of them, with so many flavours to choose from. Fruit corners, ones with little biscuit pieces, ones with real fruit in, and even those Cadbury ones which were essentially just chocolate in a pot. I would have taken almost any other yogurt over a toffee one - not because I hated them, but because I saw them as so boring. Fast forward to many years later and here I am - revelling in my own toffee yoghurts, despite being (and I’m not one to boast) financially secure enough to buy just about any yoghurt out there. I know - wild riches. But I get it now. And, like a lot of things, it seems to be only something that comes with age. Replacing the decadence and excess of youth with the sensible comfort of middle age. Some may call it getting boring - I prefer to think of it as knowing what you like. Flaming black sambucas in a sticky-floored bar have been replaced by a beautifully blended Old Fashioned, made with spiced rum instead of whiskey. Raucous afternoons in beer gardens have been superseded by walks in the woods with the family. And those sickly, chocolately, decadent yoghurts have made way for the good old toffee yoghurt. Some things have always been great - it just takes some of us a while to realise that.
That doesn't happen very often 😳 #muller #yoghurts #foodporn #foodie #food #foodies #awesome #mine https://www.instagram.com/p/B3eShiYHUhd/?igshid=1qxvvvfxbs1ju
My cat loves dairy for some reason, and enjoys sharing yoghurts with me. She didn’t like today’s flavour though...

Many yoghurts are full of sugar and the public should not be lulled into thinking they are eating healthy products, researchers say.
The conclusion comes after a study of almost 900 yoghurts on sale in UK supermarkets.
The research found that…
