今日は今年最後のyogaクラスに行って来ました。yogaを始めたのは約10年前 姉に誘われたのがきっかけです。 その後ゆるゆる~とマイペースでは有りますが、1番長く続いている趣味かもです😊 2016年はヲタ活ほか、なんやかんや忙しくて数える位しか通えなかったけど💦やっぱり私にはこれが1番しっくりくるなーと改めて感じた今日この頃。 2017年はしっかり通って体力気力を取り戻したいと思います~💪 写真のお釈迦様は先生が実家のお寺から持って来てくれたもの。教室に有るだけで落ち着くから不思議😌 #yoga #studioyoggy #yoggini #취미 (ヨギー・インスティテュート yoggy institute)

Ahhhhh - "That peaceful easy feeling"...when you are completely present and all is good...no agitation, fear, disappointment, worry, or anger...the state of being of perfect alignment within and with all. Too often it seems that this blissful natural state of being is fleeting and difficult to maintain in these times of such extreme external influence.
