I am pleased to announce that Toons are no longer terrible, they’re just averagely decent.

The above is a rough deck that can be called “Somewhat Pure Toons”. Some of my thoughts are below:

Toon Kingdom should probably still be ran at 3, but I put it at 2 for a bit more space

The Black Stone of Legend is still really useful, though feel free to throw it out if you find something more handy.

Toon BLS has a pretty demanding summoning condition, but remember that Toon RE, Toon DM, and Toon Page ignore summoning conditions.

You don’t have to run Toon Mermaid, (In fact, Toon Gemini Elf is probably better) however Toon M makes for better tribute fodder (And can also go into the harpie synchro really easily)

I’ve found Toon Rollback to be surprisingly useful in multiple situations, especially now that it’s searchable. Using it on Toon BLS or Toon DMG leads to some fat damage output.

Speaking of Toon DMG, if you don’t want to run her (I can’t blame you, she’s kind of bricky) you should run Toon Gemini Elf instead.

One of the better plays you can (possibly) pull off involves whaling on your opponent’s ass by attacking directly with your Toons, then going into Red-Eyes Flare in MP2 and passing. With some wishful thinking (and a miracle or two) your opponent will either surrender, or burn themselves to a crisp.
